The beauty sponge works best when damp for a natural flawish result. When wet, the sponge will expand doubling in size and becoms even softer.The sponge will hold in water so product will rest on the surface of the sponge and not be absorbed into it, minimizing product waste. For a more dramatic full coverage look, the sponge can also be used dry.

Satisfactory with our Troy'Ve Beauties is our aim and our goal. If for any reason you are not satisfied with  your product (s), you may return all items in it's origional package to Troy'Ve  Cosmetics for a consideration of return/exchange on the item. Unfortuneatly, we do not refund the original shipping cost, if considered only cost of the item. Neither do we cover the cost of shipping for refund items.

Used products will NOT be fully refunded. If the returned product(s) appear to be used and or damaged, you will be offered a partial refund of 30%.

If damage products are received due to shipping and handling, or received the wrong color/product pleaae contact Troy've Cosmetics immediately. We will cover the shipping cost and mail out the new product(s).

For all orders placed, allow a processing time of 3 business days. USPS deliveries take 3-5 business days after shipment. Weekends and Holidays are not included in the above mention time for processing orders. Troy'Ve Cosmetics offers a flate rate shipping at $3.99.
