If for any reason you are not satisfied with  your product (s), you may return all items in it's origional package to Troy'Ve  Cosmetics for a refund on the item. Unfortuneatly, we do not refund the shiipping cost, only cost of the item, neither do we cover the cost of shipping for refund items to cover our restock fee.

Used products will NOT be fully refunded. If the returned product(s) appear to be used and or damaged, you will be offered a partial refund of 50%.

If damage products are received due to shipping and handling, or received the wrong color /product pleaae contact Troy've Cosmetics immediately. We will cover the shipping and mail you new product(s).
